My passion in life has always been to help others achieve happiness.

I believe ultimate happiness comes from your ability to activate self-healing ignite confidence and live in energetic alignment so you can achieve your desires without burnout or sacrificing your wellbeing.

It’s about regaining full mastery of your life by mastering your mind and your body.

My Background

I started as a Japanese medical translator due to my passion with the body, the brain and studying the Japanese language. I lived in Japan for just under two and a half years before moving to the UK in 2004.

My first job was at the Queen’s private hospital in Ravenscourt Park London translating for Johnson and Johnson psychiatric drug trials on Japanese patients. However the work did not align with my values and I realised I would only feel satisfied if I was to live out my mission to help others ignite confidence and the ability to self heal so they can achieve ANYTHING. So, in my mid-20s I decided to no longer work for anyone else but following my true calling, equipped with my qualifications in therapeutic Hatha yoga and I was a qualified meditation instructor.

Whilst in London my path led me to study medical martial arts (Qi Gong) a practice rooted in mastering your mind so you can master your body and your life. Once I trained to instructor level, I fused everything I knew from nutrition to meditation to medical martial arts and therapeutic Hatha yoga to formulated my own style of healing, called QiYoga which received world-wide recognition in 2006.

Within a year this method spread like wildfire in the fertility world, (leading to the creation of Awakening Fertility Ltd. in 2007), yet, my passion has always gone far beyond fertility. In fact, my vocation in life is helping people to master their lives so they can achieve true happiness and this is why I created the Life Upgrade Method in 2022.

Sessions can be paused during holidays
– however many clients prefer to deepen their process through immersive sessions while on holiday.

Includes everything in Option 1 plus a full-day (8-hour) personalised immersion to amplify and anchor your transformation

Immersion Format:

• 8-hour in-depth session
• Includes 2 x 15-minute breaks and a 90-minute lunch break
• Energetic recalibration strategy realignment and advanced mindset work

Delivery Options:

• Online via Zoom: +£2,000 → Total: £12,000 (USD$15,500)

  • Usually at your home or I’ll meet you at a luxury spa that you have booked

Includes everything in Option 1 plus a two-day immersive retreat-style experience

Setting Options:

• I accompany you on holiday for two days working six hours a day excluding breaks
  • If you only need 2 x 15-minute breaks we can complete our work in the first half of each day allowing you family time for the second half or however you like to schedule your holiday
    
• We meet at a luxury spa you have booked (nationally or internationally)
  
• I come to your home (with separate accommodation arranged by me)
